Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SpendMoney, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will show important changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice when practical (for example, an in-app notice or email). Continuing to use SpendMoney after those changes means you accept the updated terms, as permitted by applicable law.

Who Can Use SpendMoney

You may use SpendMoney if you meet all of the following conditions:

• •You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• •You are using the service for personal, non-commercial budgeting purposes
• •You have provided accurate information when creating your account
• •You are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable laws

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• •Keeping your password confidential and using a strong, unique password
• •Enabling two-factor authentication to help protect your account (recommended)
• •Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• •You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account credentials with anyone outside of the shared-access features SpendMoney provides.

Acceptable Use

When using SpendMoney, you agree not to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts
• •Upload files or data that contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• •Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• •Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download data from the service

Your Data and Security

You own the budget data you enter into SpendMoney. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your budget content to target third-party ads.

SpendMoney does not require bank account connections. You enter or upload transaction information yourself. We implement layered safeguards, including application-layer encryption for sensitive fields, secure authentication (with optional two-factor authentication), and row-level access controls. Some operational metadata (such as IDs, timestamps, and sharing relationships) may be processed to run core product features.

We use industry-standard protections and regular security reviews. However, no internet service can promise absolute security.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time through Settings. Residual copies may temporarily remain in backups, logs, or email systems until those systems cycle, as described in our Privacy Policy .

Shared Budget Access

SpendMoney lets you grant other users access to your budget. When using shared access:

• •You are responsible for choosing who you grant access to
• •Shared users only see budgets you explicitly grant access to
• •All users with access to a shared budget are bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
• •You can revoke access at any time through the app

Service Availability

We aim to keep SpendMoney available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

Disclaimers

SpendMoney is a personal budgeting tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing in this application constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You use the service at your own discretion and are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpendMoney and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or financial losses resulting from reliance on information in the app.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or present a security risk to the service or other users.

Upon termination, your authentication account and associated app data are removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, operational logs, or email systems until those systems cycle.
